Manager Wayne had mistakenly booked us into a down graded room and offerred us "free" breakfast as compensation. Breakfast was already included in our original booking offer but Wayne told us that this was only for "full paying customers", not intenet bookers like us. We found his manner was arrogant and knowledge of customer relations was poor. After some time, he eventually compensated us with a bottle of wine.
Town was pretty with a great lookout. Many drives around to coastal and rain forest activities. Don't book a bridge room at Captain's at the Bay on the internet, pay full price and perhaps get a little more respect from the manager.
